Michael Fraticelli was a hobby 'Sport Diver' from approx. 1976-2004.
He dove on numerous wrecks in the North Atlantic along the central coast of
New Jersey including the Delaware - Mohawk and others. He also dove
on WWII Era wrecks in Bermuda and the Bahama Islands.
In 1984 he spent considerable time diving in the Florida Keys including
John Pennekamp State Park
